Yes. You can sign up to a free trial of Growing up with Yasmine and Tom here, giving you the opportunity to test the platform and review sample lessons, before committing to the full membership.

Yes. You’ll receive emails throughout your trial with helpful information to guide you. Just hit reply or email yasmineandtom@fpa.org.uk and ask for an extension. We can grant up to 7 days additional free access to allow you and your colleagues to trial Growing up with Yasmine and Tom.

It’s easy to sign up to a full membership after your trial. Just log in to your account and head to your dashboard.

Click the ‘Upgrade to a full membership’ button.

This will take you to our shop where you can then add a full membership plan to your basket and check out.

All plans are detailed here. You should be guided by the size of your school and how many users you may need. User details can be shared across a school however each user can only be used by one person at a time. If you need to use the resource over multiple classrooms at the same time, you should consider a plan with enough users to do so.

If you are part of a Trust or Academy, you may wish to consider whether purchasing a Platinum or Custom plan might be the best route as one membership can be shared across several school sites.

If you are a specialist school or SEN, and your teacher to pupil ratio is higher than mainstream schools, you should contact our team on yasmineandtom@fpa.org.uk to discuss the right plan for you.

Access to ‘Growing up with Yasmine and Tom’ lasts 12 months. We'll let you know when your membership is due to expire. You can renew online up to 11 months in advance.

Once the order has been placed, you will be able to access the resource by logging in to the website. You should then click the ‘Launch Lessons’ button in the main menu. You’ll then be able to access your Yasmine and Tom modules.

 

Yes. Whether you have paid via card, invoice or credit purchase order, you’ll be able to access 'Growing up with Yasmine and Tom' as soon as your purchase is complete. If you did request an invoice or order via a purchase order, it’s important to ensure that payment is made so that your access continues.

User details can be shared across a school however each user can only be used by one person at a time. If you need to use Yasmine and Tom over multiple classrooms at the same time, you should consider a plan with enough users to do so. All plans are detailed here.

No. The resource can easily be accessed by logging in to your dashboard. Once you launch ‘Growing up with Yasmine and Tom’, you can access resources that will guide you on how to deliver the lessons. You should make sure to read the supporting material below before delivering a lesson. They are available on the main page of each module:

Yes. Contact our team on yasmineandtom@fpa.org.uk and let us know which plan you’d like to upgrade to. We’ll let you know what the pro rata difference for the year will be and arrange for payment via card, invoice or purchase order. Once payment is complete, you’ll be able to add additional users to your membership.

Log in to your dashboard. If you are the admin for your team, you’ll see a ‘Renew’ button next to your membership.

Click ‘Renew’ and you’ll be taken to Checkout where you can review your details and make payment for your next year of access.

If you’re not the admin, you’ll need to contact them to renew for the team. Their details can be found under School/Organisation Settings & Billing.

Yes. We will send you an email notifying you 3 days before your renewal date.

No. We do not keep your payment information, so if you don’t renew, you won’t pay.

 

 

Yes. Contact our team on yasmineandtom@fpa.org.uk and let us know which plan you’d like to upgrade to at renewal. We can arrange for payment via card, invoice or purchase order.

Nothing. We will send you an email inviting you to purchase another 1 Year Membership to ‘Growing up with Yasmine and Tom’, but if you choose to ignore it, your membership will simply expire.

You can pay for your membership by:

Organisations can now add purchase orders to the FPA.org.uk shop rather than emailing them.

This also ensures the VAT calculations are correct as well as being the quickest way to get your products.

Simply add the items you want to your basket and select “purchase order” at the checkout. You will need to add a valid purchase order number.

If you prefer to email your purchase order:

1. Easy price, VAT and shipping check: this can quickly be done by putting your items in the basket in the FPA.org.uk shop and proceeding to the checkout
2. Purchase order details - please add:
   • Purchase order number
   • Product name(s)
   • Product SKU(s) - found in the product description and shown in the check out
   • Quantity
3. Digital products/memberships: please add a user email address to the PO. This will be the email address that has access to the online product/membership. The user will be required to log in to FPA.org.uk to access the digital product/membership
4. Email: your purchase order to fpadirect@fpa.org.uk

Yes. Simply select the Invoice option at the checkout and we will send you a PDF Invoice with your order email. You will also be able to download it from your order confirmation page or your My Account - Orders page.

The invoice must be paid for continued use of your membership. 

Full bank details are included in the PDF Invoice.

Yes. Just email yasmineandtom@fpa.org.uk with your order number and ask for a payment link. We can then send you a link to a secure site where you can enter card details for payment.

You can cancel your membership within the first 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. After 14 days, it is not possible to cancel the membership.
