Please note:
- We can’t deliver to PO Box addresses and we must have a valid postcode for UK addresses.
- Please contact us for a quote for delivery to British Forces Post Office addresses.
- If you’re outside of the UK, a customs charge may be payable locally.
- UK deliveries for in stock products should be delivered within five working days. If a product you order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with a revised delivery estimate.
- International orders, including BFPO orders, are generally delivered within seven working days.

Email Updates:
We will send you the following emails as long as give us a valid delivery email address:
- An order confirmation email
- An email when your order has been despatched. This will let you know which items have been despatched and will have a tracking link so that you can check where your order is and your estimated delivery date. If your order is split into more than one delivery we will send an email for each delivery.
Please make sure the email address you give us is valid as an email confirmation will be automatically generated once your order is received.
If you have placed an order and not received any email confirmation then please contact us to confirm the order.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days of receiving your emails, and we have not contacted you to advise of any delay, please contact us as soon as possible.
We make every effort to deliver goods within these timescales but, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not possible. We are not liable for any such external factors that delay the delivery of your orders.
