We do not take payments over the phone but we can email you a secure payment link that you can click on and enter your debit/credit card details.

1. Create a quote/invoice via the FPA.org.uk shop - see below
2. Email fpadirect@fpa.org.uk and tell us you’d like to pay the quote/invoice with a card via a secure link
3. We will then email you a secure link so can you can pay via card

For orders over £50 you can pay via bank transfer - including BACS - just select 'Invoice' or 'Purchase Order' at the checkout. See image above.

You can generate a quote / invoice via the FPA.org.uk shop for any order over £50

1. Simply add the items you want to your basket and select “invoice” at the checkout
2. We will then email you the invoice
3. The quote (including prices) will be valid for 60 days
4. We reserve the right to cancel any quote/invoice not paid within 60 days
5. If you select “invoice” then the payment will need to be made before any physical goods in your order are despatched

• Minimum order size: £50
• Credit: we reserve the right to run a “soft check” or credit check as needed - once credit has been approved we will despatch your order. This is typically within 2 working days
• Purchase order number: you will need to add a valid purchase order number
• Purchase orders are binding: if we process your order and send you your products / give you access to digital products, you will need to ensure payment is made
• Payment terms: strictly 30 days

Organisations can now add purchase orders to the FPA.org.uk shop rather than emailing them.

This also ensures the VAT and shipping calculations are correct as well as being the quickest way to get your products.

2. You will need to add a valid purchase order number

You can now add purchase orders online via the FPA.org.uk shop - see above.

If you prefer to email your purchase order:

1. Easy price, VAT and shipping check: this can quickly be done by putting your items in the basket in the FPA.org.uk shop and proceeding to the checkout
2. Purchase order details - please add:
   • Purchase order number
   • Product name(s)
   • Product SKU(s) - found in the product description and shown in the check out
   • Quantity
3. Digital products/memberships: please add a user email address to the PO. This will be the email address that has access to the online product/membership. The user will be required to log in to FPA.org.uk to access the digital product/membership
4. Physical products: please note a delivery charge will apply. Please add this charge to your order total. The delivery charges can be found here but - as above - it’s easiest to check the charge by putting your items in the basket and proceeding to the checkout to get the cost breakdown
5. Email: your purchase order to fpadirect@fpa.org.uk

Prices and promotions displayed on FPA.org.uk apply to items ordered through FPA.org.uk only and may not necessarily be available via orders by email.

Delivery charges are exclusive of VAT.

Mainland UK (except Highlands and Hebrides of Scotland)

Please note:

• We can’t deliver to PO Box addresses and we must have a valid postcode for UK addresses.
• Please contact us for a quote for delivery to British Forces Post Office addresses.
• If you’re outside of the UK, a customs charge may be payable locally.

• UK deliveries for in stock products should be delivered within five working days. If a product you order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with a revised delivery estimate.
• International orders, including BFPO orders, are generally delivered within seven working days.

Please note: working days exclude weekends and all Bank Holidays.

Email Updates:

We will send you the following emails as long as give us a valid delivery email address:

• An order confirmation email
• An email when your order has been despatched. This will let you know which items have been despatched and will have a tracking link so that you can check where your order is and your estimated delivery date. If your order is split into more than one delivery we will send an email for each delivery.

Please make sure the email address you give us is valid as an email confirmation will be automatically generated once your order is received.

If you have placed an order and not received any email confirmation then please contact us to confirm the order.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of receiving your emails, and we have not contacted you to advise of any delay, please contact us as soon as possible.

We make every effort to deliver goods within these timescales but, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not possible. We are not liable for any such external factors that delay the delivery of your orders.
